For many repairs we can give a price range over the phone, then confirm final pricing on-site after diagnosis.  Occasionally some estimates turn into more work than expected with city code research etc. and we may bill a small fee.  (But we would be completely up front and let you know before it would come to that)

Turn off the nearest shutoff valve (fixture valve or main shutoff), avoid using water, and call us. If you can’t find the shutoff, we can help you locate it when we arrive.
