While RSM Plumbing is based in Caldwell, Nampa has always held a special place for owner Michael Papp. Mike was born in Nampa to a Hungarian immigrant family that came to the United States after the 1956 Hungarian Revolution. He grew up in Nampa, attended local schools, and graduated from Nampa High School.
