Michael Papp is the owner of RSM Plumbing, a family-owned plumbing company based in Caldwell, Idaho. As a career firefighter for the City of Caldwell and a licensed plumber, Michael brings a unique mix of emergency experience and practical problem-solving to every job. RSM Plumbing serves homeowners across Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, Boise, and the surrounding Treasure Valley with honest recommendations, clear communication, and quality workmanship.

Michael is especially passionate about helping families upgrade to reliable, efficient water heating solutions, including Rinnai tankless water heaters, and educating customers on how to protect their homes from leaks and plumbing emergencies.
